Renovation and Extension

At the corner of Marzahner Straße and Wollenberger Straße in the Lichtenberg district of Berlin, a formal GDR-era building is being converted for office and commercial use and expanded with a large-scale new structure designed to complement it. The building complex is accessed via a private courtyard connected to both streets. Full utilization of the floor area ratio (FAR) and floor space index (FSI) regulations results in a distinct address offering excellent usability for both commercial tenants and various office uses.
