Renovation and new construction

The conversion of the training building of the former Royal State and Agricultural Academy Eldena in Greifswald into residential space, including a courtyard-side extension, revealed remarkable details and original construction principles. The careful treatment and thoughtful highlighting of these qualities have been fantastic achievement. The new addition pays a modest and understated tribute to this generous brick building with its tiled roof and shed dormers.
